Parc Clematis Accounted For 28.17% Of August’s Sales

Citing Colliers International in its report, Singapore Business Review has reported that  Parc Clematis, the 99-year leasehold located at Jalan Empeng and top selling private residential project in August, has sold 316 units at a media price of $1,615 psf. The leasehold development accounted for about 28.17% of the total 1,122 units that were sold last month. 

The report also included that some of the previously launched projects such as The Florence Residences, which has emerged as the second best selling project after Parc Clematis, has also sold units at a steady pace.

Colliers International noted in the report about buyers’ consumption habits, citing that buyers remained price-sensitive and value-discerning, preferring to opt for projects near transport links and also, priced at affordable quantum.
